A sufficient number of rooms in central hotels of Thessaloniki have been secured for the best possible accommodation service to the congress participants. For example:

All statutory taxes are included in the above prices except the residence fee/durability tax. This tax, by law, should be paid by the customer directly to the hotel of his stay upon arrival or departure.

Delegate's Dinner

The service is for dinner on 24th & 25th May 2024

Cost: 45€ / H.P. / day (included taxes)

Communication Fee

The service includes telephone and electronic communication with the Healthcare Professionals with reference to your company’s name, in order to inform them regarding their accommodation and F&B package. There will be no charge in case the office you are cooperating with, handle the communication with the Healthcare Professionals

TRANSFER

It is possible to provide tourist services (air ticket reservations) for the transfer of delegates to Thessaloniki and their return to their place of residence as well as the transfer from Thessaloniki airport to the accommodation hotel or vice versa.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Cancellations to be sent
- until March 22, 2024, 50% of the total participation cost will be charged.
- from 23 March 2024, 100% of the total participation cost will be charged.

AIRPORT TICKET: The cancellation policy of the air ticket is 100% of the cost of its issuance, unless due to force majeure the specific airline indicates a different arrangement in writing.

GROUND TRANSFER: If the cancellation is reported in writing in the minimum of 5 days before the offered service, the applicable cancellation policy is 100% of the agreed service amount.
