The completion of your personal/professional details & submission of the REGISTRATION FORM is necessary for identification.

Registration includes:

• All Registered Delegates will receive their registration confirmation electronically together with the conference material (Final Program, Volume of Abstracts, e-Program application) and the e-badge (which includes the barcode) which will be used to scan upon entry & exit at the entrance of the Conference Hall to record attendance time.
• All Registered Delegates upon arrival at the Conference Secretariat will receive their printed badge and printed conference material.

Financial obligation of abstract authors

Necessary condition for the evaluation and acceptance of the abstract is the payment of the registration fee of at least one (1) of the authors. Authors participating with more than one abstract need to pay only one (1) registration fee.

Cancellation Policy of Registration
Written notification of cancellation should be sent only to vp@congressworld.gr

For written cancellations sent until March 22nd 2024, the amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a 50% cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be possible for cancellations that will be made after March 23rd 2024.
